Meetings
Please remeber the importance of organization while conducting a meeting. Taking time to attend a parent meeting for my child’s youth sports team was not only disorganized, there was so much background noise from parents and kids talking that I could not hear and understand what the meeting was actually about. When you have the floor at a meeting, make your presence known and take charge. Don’t tolerate those who continue to ignore your request for attention and silence. Promptly and professionally ask them to leave. I promise the rest of the crowd there will appreciate your hard work and efforts.
