Instead of making a New Years Resolution, try and make a list of goals you would like to achieve this year. Short and long term goals are great. Make a list of what you would like to improve about yourself this year. Read that list everyday and you will start to work towards achieving those goals. One item on my list is to live a greener life. Since physically writing that goal down and reading it everyday (all 3 so far!), each time I throw something away, I stop and think about what I’m doing. Can I recycle more? Can I consume less so I don’t contribute more to the landfill? I know that our family already recycles a lot of stuff everyday! The evidence of that is the two recycle bins over flowing each week. What changes can I make to make the environment better for the future?
